Headphones are issued out by the purchased class ticket number making PRE-REGISTRATION NECESSARY.

Plan ahead and consider time for parking and arrival. Arriving early allows ample time for receiving headphones,

getting situated and leaves more time for the good stuff!


Please check online schedule for any possible changes or cancellations before leaving for your classes.

Bring a towel and sunglasses for beach classes or a mat and sunglasses for yoga on grass.


Dress in layers. Warm fleece, hoodie or sweater with a layered puffer or down jacket and beanies are highly

recommended. Layers can be set aside as we heat up. Those same layers will make the coziest closing rest ever! Bonus, add warm socks, mittens and a thermos of hot tea or chai to your yoga bag. Yum!


*UPDATE - Mask Requirements have been lifted.

* Wear a mask on arrival, during check in, receiving headphones and greeting others. Once seated, students can choose to take off their masks for the duration of the practice. Please replace your mask after class, when greeting others and checking headphones back in.

**Set up at least six feet from your neighbors. Let’s give everyone lots of space. If you come with a member of your

family or pod, you can be closer to them.


Headphones are all fully sanitized before and after every use. We follow the CDC guidelines by using a approved cleaning products and protocols. Your health is of the greatest importance to us. Note: We sell headphone earpad sets to own and keep for all your future classes. On request $4 a set.
