What If I Am New to Yoga?

Classes are cued to create a safe and supported environment for all bodies and all levels of experience. We support new to seasoned practitioners and encourage every student to go at their own pace.


How Can I Schedule a Special Event (Birthday Celebration, Etc.) ?

What if I Can’t Make My Class?

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before registered class time receive full credit towards your next class.

Will There Be More Classes Added to the Schedule?

During the winter months classes will be held on weekends (weather permitting). We will add special pop-up classes and yoga events throughout the season with local and notable guest teachers joining our team. Sign up to receive announcements on all new upcoming classes, pop-ups and unique offerings HUB | Special Events.

What About Weather Cancellations?

Before leaving for outside classes, check for an SMS text message in case of changes or cancellations. If rain or extreme weather conditions are forecasted, we make weather decisions two hours before start of class. If cancellation is warranted our SMS message service will send a text to registered student informing them of the cancellation. A class credit then will automatically be made to the purchasers account and can be used with their next class.

What Should I Bring to Class?

Bring a beach towel and sunglasses for yoga on the beach. A mat and sunglasses for yoga on grass.

Dress in layers. Warm fleece, hoodie or sweater with a layered puffer or down jacket and beanies are highly recommended. Layers can be set aside as we heat up. Those same layers will make the coziest (closing rest) ever!

Bonus, add warm socks, mittens and a thermos of hot tea or chai to your yoga bag. Yum!
