Students will be equipped with our specialized headphones that allow us to practice safely outdoors with abundance of space for distancing and added soothing zen tunes while not missing a yoga cue or beat.

Move & Groove with feel-good playlists! This is yoga for all BODIES. Haven’t done yoga before? Great! You’ve come to the right place. This is a playful all-level yoga beach flow + dance party + birthday picnic. Let’s get our groove on with an abundance of fresh air, beautiful sights of the bay and plenty of room to spaciously distance ourselves. “Physically distancing, while socially connecting.”
