With special guest teacher Danielle Barr.
Kick off Labor Day (un-laboring) with feel-good all-level beach yoga + Shoreline dance celebration!
Guided community ocean plunge at end of class (option to join-in or cheer-on).
*Kids welcome to yoga for free on this day with option to play during yoga with other kiddos and join in the shoreline groove dance portion.
